Subject to the terms of this Agreement and in accordance with the current Payout Schedule set out on the Webstarts website ("Payout Schedule"), Affiliates will receive a 50% Commission ("Commission Fee") from Webstarts for each new purchase of one of the following products:

- Traffic Booster Plus
- Local Listing
- Local Listing Plus
- Web Stats
- Web Stats Plus
- Google Listing Express
- Google Listing Express Plus

Payment to the Affiliate shall be made within forty-five (45) days from the end of each month in which the Affiliate collects the Commission. Notwithstanding the foregoing, for each month in which the Affiliate does not earn at least two hundred and fifty dollars ($ 250.00) in Commission, payment will not be made to the Affiliate for that month, but will be deferred until the total amount is at least two hundred and fifty dollars ($ 250.00).

All affiliate payments are made via PayPal. This is to ensure your payment is secure and traceable. All affiliates will be required to provide their PayPal email address when setting up an affiliate account.

Excluding any taxes based on Webstarts income, Affiliate is solely responsible for any tax returns and payments that must be filed or made with a federal, state, or local tax office based on the Affiliate's income or income under this Agreement or any Customer Agreement. .
