Affiliate System is an extensive transaction platform in which remuneration is paid to users in return for recommending products on their own websites, campaigns are grouped thematically, which allows for a better matching of the category to the target group.

The Bankier.pl website belonging to Bonnier Business Polska Sp. z o.o. is one of the largest financial portals in Poland. Especially for our users, in 2003 we created a pioneering affiliate program, System Partnerski Bankier.pl.
SP is a transaction platform thanks to which everyone who recommends our Advertisers' products on their websites receives remuneration. We have already been trusted by over 21,000 publishers and almost 100 large advertisers. We only account for the effect, which guarantees the profitability and effectiveness of our campaigns.

The Affiliate System is a program in which you earn money by promoting our Advertisers' products on your websites. Thanks to the fact that each user of your website can perform an action interesting for our Advertisers (clicking on an advertisement, leaving data, ordering a product) - you earn! All you have to do is register and after a few minutes you are the Publisher cooperating with us, i.e. a full participant of our program.

The Partner System may be joined by any adult natural person with full legal capacity residing in Poland, as well as an adult natural person running a business based in Poland or in another Member State of the European Union, as well as a legal person or an organizational unit without legal personality, whose law grants legal capacity, based in Poland or another Member State of the European Union, which is entitled to dispose of the area on the Partner's Website and has concluded the Agreement.

There is no need to start a business. Participation in the Affiliate System is treated as a civil law contract. Participation in the Affiliate System can be treated both as an occasional method of achieving small benefits and a regular way to earn. However, this does not require setting up a business.

Natural persons receive 100% of earned funds, but have to settle the tax themselves in the Tax Office. People running a business and being a VAT payer increase their remuneration by 23% of the tax. Companies that are subjectively exempt from VAT issue bills for the collected net amounts. Bills and invoices can be issued at the time of collecting a minimum of PLN 50 net.

If you decide that you do not want to continue to participate in the Affiliate System, you can unsubscribe at any time using the Cancellation form in the Profile tab under Your Account. However, you must remember that you then lose your accumulated and still unpaid earnings.

The rates and conditions applicable to individual campaigns are described in the PROGRAMS tab (in the Financial and Non-financial categories). Basic technical requirements and conditions must be met in all promoted programs, and prohibited activities described in the Regulations are prohibited.
We carry out settlements by the 20th of each month. Then, on the basis of the bills sent, we make remuneration transfers for natural persons who have accumulated a minimum of PLN 50 gross. Partners registered as self-employed persons must send us a VAT invoice or a bill for the amount of the accumulated remuneration.

Yes, in order to withdraw the funds, you need to collect a minimum of PLN 50. If you do not manage to collect PLN 50 within a month, this amount is not lost, and the remuneration is gradually added to the previously earned and unpaid funds. All you need to do to be able to withdraw the money you have received is to earn the missing wages.

- CPA (Cost Per Action) - the remuneration is awarded for applications based on which a specific activity will be carried out, e.g. a meeting with an advisor will be held.
- CPC (Cost Per Click) - remuneration is awarded for each click made by a unique user.
- CPL (Cost Per Lead) - remuneration is awarded for applications based on which the data of a unique customer will be provided.
- CPS (Cost Per Sale) - the remuneration is awarded for the applications on the basis of which the sale will be made.
Please always check the detailed remuneration conditions (available on the program descriptions pages), as the billing models are only informative and have been established to organize the available campaigns. There may be situations in which, for example, in the CPS program, opening a bank account is not sufficient to accept the application because it is necessary to additionally top up the account. In addition, there may be additional restrictions in drips, described just on the detail cards.

You have to pay tax on the remuneration earned in SP (applies to Partners who have registered as a natural person), but you do not have to pay social security contributions. This issue is described in detail in the section on important aspects of the Regulations.

A customer can be any person who will be redirected to the advertiser's website by the codes provided to you (e.g. a partner website or an advertisement on your website). To calculate the remuneration, it is sufficient that the general conditions and requirements set by the advertiser are met.

If you want to advertise the available products and services on your own websites, first indicate them for approval through the form for reporting advertising space. We remind you that, in accordance with the Regulations, we settle accounts for: giving the space on the website for advertising purposes, and we agree to promote our Advertisers' offers only on websites that have been positively verified.

To advertise offers available in the Affiliate System, you can use a number of methods and mechanisms available in the TOOLS tab. Please remember to follow the Terms and Conditions described in Customer Acquisition Help, you can use:
to promote our advertisers' products and services: - partner websites - including the one we made available to you during registration,
about text links,
- advertising creatives (banners) that can be downloaded in the Ad server section and placed on your own website. Just copy the generated code and paste it into the source of your website,
- widgets and XML file,
- search engines, according to the rules described in the Help section on search engine advertising,
for mailings, as long as you meet the conditions for sending e-mails and obtain our consent.

Partners who advertise their partner website, advertisers' offers or their private websites by posting on forums / discussion groups that are not intended for this or by sending e-mails to recipients who do not wish to do so, send spam in contradiction to netiquette, the Act on Benefits services by electronic means and violate the Regulations of the Affiliate System.

Partners may not use the Bankier.pl logo in their marketing activities. It is only allowed to use the names "System Partnerski Bankier.pl", "Partner Bankier.pl" or the logo of the Partner System (eg to promote SP). The advertiser's logo is an integral part of the presentation of a given product and may not be used outside of it without prior consent.

If you feel like it, you can easily adapt your affiliate website to your needs and make it unique. Permitted actions include:
- selection of product categories that will be available on the website and products in individual categories - you can also change their order,
- selecting products advertised on the home page of the partner site,
- defining nearly twenty parameters responsible for the appearance of your website, including color scheme, size and typeface, and set your headline,
- to facilitate the promotion of the website in search engines, we have made it possible to edit: page and subpage titles, meta keywords, meta description and category descriptions.
