Invitations to the surveys are made by means of a random selection. In other words, our system randomly accesses our address pool and selects the appropriate number of participants - which is necessary for methodological reasons. Often, however, participants must also meet certain requirements (e.g. age and gender). Which means there are bigger gaps between polls every now and then, but then things can move very quickly.

The minimum number of points per transaction is fixed at 200 points (= EUR 2, -). If the participant paying the credit balance is less than 15 €, - to his bank account, so the Marketagent has a processing fee of € 1, - charged. Within 4 weeks of its intended use, the credit will be rolled over to a lower processing fee. Transfers from € 15, - fees paid.

If you wish to terminate your active participation in Marketagent, you can unsubscribe at any time with immediate effect. Your data will be inactive in our database for 14 days and from then on you will no longer contact us. During this period, you can convert any point credit on our exchange market and then your data will be removed from our database.
